2 in-person or virtual prenatal visits including at least 1 class on labor comfort measures, in-person support during active labor and for 1-2 hours after birth, and 2 postpartum visits.

5 in person visits at the family's home lasting approximately 1 hour.  During this time, I will support you with light housework, cooking, laundry, and even babysitting while you take a shower, nap, or practice any other form of self care.  I will also answer any questions you have about infant care, lactation, and parenthood.
